This agreement outlines the terms under which Nannies des Maisons provides nanny introduction and placement services.

 

2. Fees  

- All fees are set out in our fee structure list.

3. Client Responsibilities  

- Provide accurate household information.  

- Treat candidates with respect and professionalism.  

- Ensure a safe working environment.

 

4. Agency Responsibilities  

- Conduct thorough vetting of candidates.  

- Provide transparent communication.  

- Maintain GDPR‑compliant data handling.

 

5. Confidentiality  

All information shared between the agency, client, and candidates is confidential.

 

6. Termination  

Either party may terminate the service prior to placement with written notice.

 

7. Governing Law  

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

 

 8. Client Identity Verification Form

 

Purpose:  

To ensure safeguarding and compliance with UK GDPR and industry best practice.

 

 Required Documents:  

- Proof of Identity (passport or driving licence)  

- Proof of Address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)

 

Client Declaration:  

I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that the documents submitted are genuine.

 

 9. Household Risk Assessment  

Home Environment  

- Are there any known hazards?  

- Are smoke detectors installed and functional?  

- Are there pets requiring special handling?

 

Child‑Specific Considerations  

- Allergies  

- Medical conditions  

- Behavioural considerations

 

Travel & Outings  

- Car seat availability  

- Permissions for outings

-Expenses

 

General Safety  

- Emergency contacts  

- First aid kit location  

- House rules relevant to safety if applicable

 

 10. Client Code of Conduct

 To maintain a respectful, professional, and safe working relationship, clients agree to:

 - Treat nannies with dignity, respect, and fairness.  

- Provide a safe working environment.  

- Communicate expectations clearly and professionally.  

- Honor agreed working hours and compensation.  

- Overtime to be agreed by both parties and notice given where possible

- Respect the nanny’s privacy and personal boundaries.  

- Avoid discriminatory language or behaviour.  

- Follow all applicable employment laws.

 Nannies des Maisons reserves the right to discontinue service if these standards are not upheld.
